Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, free of any alternations, odors (such as perfume or smoke), stains (such as deodorant), or damages (unless previously reported), and all original Whim and designer tags must be attached to the garment(s). Shoes must be free of wear on the soles.

Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels.
